I’ve put this off for way too long now. I started working with KISS books more than a year ago and I’ve been able to sell their albums to clients successfully with just the information on my wedding album page the images in my portfolio. Some of those images are of albums that I’ve sold to clients, but it just doesn’t feel right to use only these. I’d like to be able to show clients the quality of the album right then there at the initial client meeting.
The KISS SYSTEM really facilitates my album making and with it I’ve been able to build a book and store the design online – but it’s been there for months now, unpublished.
What’ve I been waiting for? Well, I wanted to wait for some fresh images from this seasons weddings to throw into the sample album. Each wedding I shoot affords me the chance to showcase something different and unique through my eyes, and the more recent the photos , the better the prospective client will be able understand my current vision.
The folks at KISS are really good at what they do; facilitating album design, and also at customer service. I called them yesterday to let them know that I really needed this 10×10″ Leather KISS by a certain date, for an upcoming client meeting. They stepped it into gear with production and went beyond the call of duty in order to help get the book to me on-time for my meeting.
They seem to really value the relationship with photographers which makes business sense, as it stands to reason, my success = their success. They should have a stake in all photographers’ success, and it’s reflected in their attention to clients like me.
If you want to have a look at these albums for yourselves, let’s have a meeting!
